Saturday: Shaolin Mai Fu is a traditional Northern Shaolin Zha Quan form characterized by its emphasis on ambushing and low stances. It teaches rooting the body, agility, and how to wait for and react to an opponent.
Sunday: Bagua Zhang Tiger Impact Form is one of the eight animal forms in Gao style Bagua Zhang. This traditional form combines static and dynamic moves to train correct initiation of movement, and how to link movements through animal Shen and Yi.
